Another Divorce Granted.

Another divorce case was tried by Judge Hanley, Tuesday. The parties were Martin Klaus vs Mina Klaus. They were married at Frankfort, lnd., May 24,1894, and separated Oct 10, 190®: The charge was adultery with one Jones and numerous other men. The plaintiff lives in Remington, and is an honest looking German. He was granted a divorce and custody of his six year old son, Freddie. Two younger children have been legally adopted by Thomas Wallace and wife. ' The defendant was not in court, but her interests were looked after by the prosecuting attorney, as the law now requires when div orce defendants make no appearance in person or attorney.
