For Driving Over Sidewalk.

Ezra Switzer, from some 7 or 8 miles north, was ; tried before Squire' Troxell, Thursday afternoon, pn the charge of trespass. It is charged that some time ago Switzer, in hauling cordwood, drove over a cement sidewalk, in the yard of one of Riram Day’s houses, breaking it badly. He was found guilty, and fined $1 and costs, or about sl6 in all. He an appeal to the circuit court.
