Also various highways petition d sot by Henry Harath et al, J. A. Keister et al. and F. W. Powers, et al. The J. Q«. Franois ditoh report was ordered baok for amendment. Viewers were appointed for the Geo. Howland ditoh, viz, Jos. Stewart, R, S. Drake and Jas. MoDonald. The petition for change in voting precinots in Union township was granted. The matter of ereoting a cottage at Soldiers Home in Lafayette was continued. Philip Blue’s requisition for supplies at tho poor farm was approved and aooepted. Contraot will be let the Ist of Deoember. The matter of buying metallic furnitnre for recorder’s and clerk’s offices was continued. The Commissioners completed their work Wednesday forenoon.
