The Rensselaer Mill In Litigation.

~ The Rensselaer mill is involved in litigation, and a receiver is asked to be appo : nted. The suit is filed by E. L. Hollingsworth, as plaintiff, and the defendants are Wm. S. Day, D. A. Stoner, -Jr HHuntzinger, and J. F. Bellow. According to the complaint Day & Stoner borrowed $4,000 last July, of the plaintiff, giving a mortgage on the mill as security. They were so pay $45 per month, principal and interest. They subsequently sold the mill to Huntzinger, of Wichita, Kans , and he in turn has sold it to Bellow, e. 11 sales subject to the above mortgage and terms of payment. None of these payments have been made, it

is alleged, and suit is now brought for a foreclosure of the mortgage, and a judgment for $5,000. The appointment of a receiver is aslo asked, who will receive the rents and profits of the property, for the benefit of the plaintiff.
