Mattel of Vine Street Improvement Notice is hereby given that the City Com mi-Mioners of the City of Rensselaer, Ind. on the 20th day of October, 1903, filed their report of assessments and benefits to pay the cost of the improvement of Vine street in said city, and that the Common Council will act on saia report and confirm or modify the same at a special meeting thereof to be held on Monday, Nov. gnd, 1903, at 7:SO-a’clpck p.m. at the Council Chamber at which time and place any person interested may appear and make objections to such confirmation or modification.
