Kohn Got Off Easy.
Henry Kohn, the party oanght Friday night trying to get into John Rash’s house, bad his trial Saturday evening, before Squire Irwin. He was tried on the charge of intent to commit burglary, but as he was undoubtedly drunk at ;he time, and also rather weak minded at all times, the intent was impossible to prove and he was not held on that charge. He was convicted of drnnkeness however and fined $2 and cost, or $13.05 in all, The amount was paid at onoe by his employer, John Carr. Oarr himself waa then arrested also on the charge of drnnkeness. He gave bail and his trial is set for next Saturday.
