INCREASE IN WEALTH.

Indiana Has Mach More Taxable Prop ertjr Than She Possessed n Year Aeo. Indiana’s wealth in taxable property has increased in the last year ?118,C25,402. This is shown by the table compiled in the office of the State Auditor from the final report of the State Board of Tax Commissioners. Besides the natural increase iu the value of real estate throughout the State, there has been a great increase in the valuation of properties of every other kind. Indiana has been building many miles of steam and electric railroads, and her industrial interests have been increased materially by the addition of factories in almost every part of the State. The millions of increase in the assessed valuation of properties means the enrichment of eonnty treasuries as well as that of the State. The total value of Indiana’s taxable property of every sort and description is $1,513,433j644.
