Notice of Assessment. Carrol C. Kent, et al. Ditch. NotiCfe Is hereby given th°t the assessment sheet on thr. ditch petitioned for by Carrol C. Kent, et al. in Newton and Jasper Counties, has been prepared showing the amount due on each several tract or parcel oi land assessed, for the location and construction of said ditch. The Boards of Commissioners of said Counties have fixed upon the first Monday in November of the years 1905. 1906, 1907, 1908, 1909, 1910, 1911, and 1912 as the time when said assessments shall be paid in equal annual installments with interest, and have also fixed upon January 18, 1904, as the time in which all persons effected thereby desiring to do so, may pay such assessments in full. And all persons desiring to pay ftheir assessments and discharge their land, from all liability to such assessment, on or before the 18th day of January, 1904, may pay said assessment in full; payments on lands situated in Jasper County may be made at the Auditor’s office of said 1 ounty in Rensselaer, and payments made upon lands-situsted in Newton County may be made at the Auditor’s office of said County at Kentland, and such payments when made shall operate as a full discharge of such tract or parcel o land from all liability to such assessment.
