A Tom the Peeper.

There are some reasons to believe that Rensselaer has a "Tom the Peepef.” On Tuesday night Mrs. Louella Phillips, who is taking care of Delos Thompson’s house during their absence, heard considerable noise outside the house, and Wed. night not only a noise was beard but a man was discovered with his face pressed against the window, trying to look in. The faoe was described as being covered with whiskers. When he saw he was disooverec he ran around the house to the baok poroh, and was heard walking about on that for a short time, anc then disappeared.
