J A. Teter, of Carpenter Tp., is another Jasper oonnty man who is a prize winner in fine hogs. He is in the Dnroo-Jersey breed and has some of the best that are raised. He exhibited *t the late Illinois state fair, at Springfield and in Doroo-Jersey bogs was pretty near the "whole hog,” having been awarded Ist in olass and sweepstakes on his boar Top Notoher. Again; Ist in olass and sweepstake on bis sow Corrector’s Best; Ist on producer sow; Ist on sow pig under 6 months, and 2nd on boar pig under 6 months. Mr. Teter sold most of the pigs he took to Springfield, but he kept the ohief prize winner, Top Notoher Again, though offered SSOO for him. This same boar won sweepstakes in Ohio and Indiana state fairs, also.
