Still another new divorce suit was filed last Saturday, Oot. 10th, the last day of the term, and too late for trial before the November term. The plaintiff is Martin Klaus and the defendant Mina Klaus. According to the complaint, they were married at Legansport May 24th, 1904, which is too far ahead to be strictly in keeping with all that j have taken place since their marriage. Probahly the 1904 is a slip of the pen for 1894. The grounds named for the divorce is adultery, and one James j Jones named as the party, and Oot. 10tb, 1902, the date, and “divers 1 other times with numerous other men,” since. They Lave three ohildren, 6,4, and 2 years old, respectively, but the two youngest bave been legally adopted by Thomas Wallace and wife. Of the other he asks the custody. He now lives in Remington.
