Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will on the' 3rd day of October, 1903, in pursuance of an order-of the White Circuit Court, Indiana, at the office of the surveyor of White County, Indiana, at the Court House of said County, let the work of constructing the William F. Horton et al Main Ditch, which ditch is situated in the Counties of vVhite, Jasper and Pulaski. Such letting will be by stations and in accordance with the Act concerning drainage, approved April 6th, 1885, and acts amendatory thereof. Any person who shall become entitled to contract for any part of said work shall at once enter into a written contract to perform said work at the time and in the manner peoified therein and required by me and shall secure the performance of such contract by a bond with surety to be approved by me and in such sum as I shall fix. which bond shall also secure the payment of all damages resulting from a failure to perform every condition o.t said contract.
