Arthur Hall who keeps a -pool hall, at Parr, was caught by the grand jury drag net, the first haul. The oharge was allowing minors to play pool. He plead guilty and was fined $6 and ocsts. John G. Moriiz, who has a saloon in the underbrush behind Kersey, holds the record for the number of indictments, by the late grand jury. He sees E. E. Preble’s four and goes him one better, having five on his string. They are for selling liquor to minors. His trial was set for Wednesday.
