Postmasters to Meet.

The auuarfl meeting of Tenth Dtstriot postmasters will be held at Miobigan Oity Sept. 22 and 23. The program is as follows: Sept. 22nd. Meeting oalled to order at 10:30 a. m., and appointment of ooxnmitteee. In the afternoon a visit to the Indiana State prison; at sa. m„ a boat ride on Lake Michigan and at 7:30 p. m., a tfblley ride to LePorte and return. September 23rd, the postmasters will be entertained in the forenoon by a drill by the U. S Life saving otbw. At 9:30 o’clock the bnstnjpk zßeeti ug will be oalled to order and President Banks will deliver an address of weloome. In the afternoon aa employee of the Ghioago poetoffioe will deliver an address oh Domestic and Inter-national money orders. Superintendent Holloway of the railway mail ser vloe will also be present
