A New Methodist District.

There* is a movement on foot at the N. W. Indiana M. E. conference now in session at South Bend, to reconatrnot the districts in the northern portion of the oonferenoe. Namely thp Lafayette, Valparaiso and Bonth Bend districts, so as to form a new district. There is every probability of the movement being pnt through and in thai oase it is practically a settled snot that the new distriot will be named Rensselaer Diatriot, and Rensselaer will be He fiesdqnartera, and offioial residence of its presiding elder.
