Says Oil Company is a Fake.

W. 8. Blatohley, state geologist, Saturday issued a signed statement declaring the Chicago Oil oompany which recently leased over 300 aores of land in the southern part of Laportecounty, a fake. The geologist warns prospeotors against investing in the stook of the oompany, whioh is oleverly advertised in a prospectus issued by the oompany. Blatohley is especially hot because in the prospeotusa portion of his report on the Jasper county oil field was quoted and badly garbled to suit the purposes of the fakers.
