Below is given a table showing the nutrient values of various feed as determined by the United States Department of agriculture and it is interesting to study the the value of the various prodnots. Other grains snoh as wheat rye and oats make good feed bn are second to oorn. It has also been determined that stook fed qn feed that is ground do better, than when fed the whole grain. Hogs get more strength from feed when it is gTound or pulverized, consequently less feed is neoessary to produce a hog ready for market. Hominy Meal whioh is the oorn hearts contain a larger per oent. Fat and Protein than any other feed except Linseed Oil Meal, and more Fat and less Protein than found in Oil Cake. For fattening stook, especially hogs, we are confident it is the best and oheapest feed made. Our claim that one hundred pounds of Hominy Meal in fattening hogs is equal to three bushels of good oorn has been sanctioned by many of our oostumers, and some claim more.
