Death of Mrs. Peter Hordeman.

Mrs. Josephine Hordeman, wife of Peter Hordeman, died on Thursday, morning, August 27tb, 1903, at 3:40 a. m. of tuberculosis. She had beeen ailing for several months, but seriously sick only two weeks. Her death occurred a mile west of town, on the farm whioh has been her oonstant residence for the past 30 years. '"Her age was 64 years and five months. She was born in Westphalia, Germany, and came to this oonntry ygjien 20 years old. A husband and nine ohildren survive her, and all were by her side when she passed away. The ohildren all of Rensselaer, exoept as otherwise noted, are, John, Joseph of Atlanta, Gs., Mrs. Rose Hildebrand, Peter Jr , Mrs. Anna Soallan, of Lafayette, William, of Mt. Bt. Mary’s Seminary, Cincinnati, Henry, Mary and Herman. The fnneral will be held Saturday, at 9:30 a. m., at St. Augustine’s Catholio ohuroh. Interment irfMt. Calvary Cemetery, south of town,. - *
