Death of Grandfather Babb.

News has jutt been received of the death of our very aged and well known oitizen, H. M. Babb. He died at 330 p. m. Wednesday, Aug. stb, 1903, at the home of his daughter Mrs. Frank Thompson,'at Reedsburg, Wisconsin. He has been there einoe the sth of last December and has been siok most of tbe time sinoe the latter part of May. Tbe oanoer on his hand, from whioh he had suffered greatly ft r about two years, was no doubt tbe cause of bie death. The cancer was oaused by an accidental ifrjory. And had tbe injury not oooured be was otherwise so wetl perserved aud strong that very likely he would have realized his own former expectation of living 100 years. As it is he died at the age of 90 years, 2 months and 3 days. The remains will be brongbt here for burial and the funeral will be held here, Friday at the building of the Churoh of God. and of whioh he has long been a very zealous member.
