Mayor Ellis has just reoeived a letter from an Indianapolis law firm in reference to a factory that is seeking a new location. —lt is a steel castings oompany, and want to establish a first class plant Will guarantee to employ 50 men' at the start, 100 within a year and 150 within two years. And expect to exoeed the guarantee. They want a site aDd S2O 000 and will contract to ereot the buildmg atd have the factory in operation before a dollar of the bonus is paid. Another firm that wants to move is a tire and rubber faotory in Chioago. They now employ 50 to 60 hands and intend to doable the number if they move to a smaller oity. They need a building containing 20,000 square feet; and are soliciting offers.
