Richardson-Hays.

The' marriage of Miss Mary Richardson and Mr. John Hayes took plaoe Wednesday evening, July 29, 1903, attbe home of the brides parents. The ceremony was performed by Rev. J. C. Whitt of Franoesville, in the presence of several relatives and friends. Immediately af.ter the ceremony a fine wedding supper was served, then after spending a oouple of hours in sooial intercourse, the guests departed for their various homes.

Mies Richardson was the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Riohardson of Valma. and she was a popular favorite among the of that vicinity. Mr. Hayes is the fourth son of Mr. and Mrs. F. M. Hayes of near Blaokford, and both be and his bride have been successful teachers in the country schools for a few years past, and which vocation he will follow for an indefinite period A reception was held for the bride and groom at the home of the groom’s parents on Thursday July 30. Mr. and Mrs. Hayes expeots to leave for Munoie in a few days where they wilt visit relatives. As to their intentions after returning we aio not yet informed.
