A New Councilman Elected.

Monday night was regular meeting {night of the City Counoil. The most important business was the election of a member of the Counoil from the Third Ward, to fill out the unexpired term of P. C. Wasson resigned. The only named proposed wals Emerald A. Aldrioh, and he was unanimously eleoted.
