“George W. Grubbs, department commander of the Indiana G. A. R., has completed final preparations for the Indiana G. A, R. official train to the San Francisco encampment, which will be run out of Indianapolis over the Vandalia at 12:15, noon, August 10.” Those coming from the southern and northwestern part of the State over theMonon will oatch the train at Greencastle. The train wiil be complete, and will run through without ohange as the Indiana ‘official’ special, Commander Grubbs has issued an order with these instructions to the Indiana posts.”
