Much Work to be Done.

South Bend Times: Judge Timothy E. Howard says the work of oodifying the laws of Indiana will prove much greater than is generally supposed. “The revision and codification of the lawe will by a bigger task than I had imagined,” the Judge says. ‘‘About the only thing that we will not have to go over under the provisions of the law will be the civil I and criminal codes, these oomprise the biggest part of volume 1 of Burns’ statutes. This means that the commission will have to gc over practically all the statutes in the second and third volumes of the edition and a part of the first volume as well.
