“George W.Grubbs, department commander of the Indiana G. A. R., has completed final preparations for the Indiana G. A, R. official train to the San Franoisoo encampment, which will be run out of Indianapolis over the Vandalia at 12.15. noon, August 10." Those coming from the southern and northwestern part of the State over the Monou will oatch the train at Greenoastle. The train wiil be complete, and will run through without ohange as tbe Indiana ‘official’ special. Commander Grubbe bas issued an order with these instruct : ons to tbe Indiana posts."
