Tis Pine That It’s Feesable.
Pretty nearly everybody is getting into the bwe ball game now exoept •’the preachers and the editors. The former are too good for the game and the latter—well their turn*may come yet, but it don’t look muoh like it.
The next game on the sohedule is being arranged for some day, next week. It will be between what have been popularly named the “Wood-butohers” and the “Legal Luminaries.” Bush & Warren, the contractors and builders are the challengers and they and their force of carpenters are to play with the lawyers of the town.
It is plane that the carpenters will hammer out one of the best hammertuer games anyone ever saw, but the lawyers will probably chisel them out of the viotory by means of there superior arguments on points of law, before the umpi re
