Girl Refuses Estate Worth $250,000

Crown Point, Ind., duly 21: Because she did not believe she was entitled to the money, Helen Gerrish, of Lowell, it developed Saturday, recently tore up a deed by whioh her uncle, Dr. A. A. Gerrish of the same town had turned over to her his entire estate valued at s quarter of a million dollars. The girl’s aot beoame known Saturday, when Dr. Gerrish died at Lowell as the result of worry over money matters.

Dr.' Gerrish was one of the wealthiest men in this vioinity and his fortune was variously estimated at between $200,000 and $300,000. His nieoe had always been his favorite. There were six or seven other heirs to the estate.
