A Tramp Killer Invented.

One of the most effective methods of solving the question of preventing bums from stealing rides on the “blind” eud of the baggage oarji is now in use. It consists of an iron pipe running from the boiler to the rear of the tender and the end is supplied with a spray. When an engineer discovers a tramp on the train he turns the steam into the pipe and the Weary Willie is at once enveloped with it. Engineers report good success with the new device.
