Another Street Carnival Probable.

It is probable that another street oarnival will be held here this year. The Knights of Pythias lodge had the matter under consideration, Tuesday night, and it was deoided to enoourage the Oastle Hall Association to take the matter up, and hold the carnival. The lodge itself agreeing to sustain and enoourage the movement.
