No Verdict in Drake Case

Covington, Ind., July 11.—The jury in the Elmira Drake oase charged with the murder of her husband was discharged yesterday afternoon, after announcing to Judge Rabb that there was no prospect of sn agreement. The jurore were out 20 boors and stood six for acquittal and six for oonviction from start to finish, Mrs. Drake’s attorney made a motion to have dafendaht admitted to bail, and the court took tbc matter under advisement. The case baa ooet Fountain county $3,000 to data. Mia. Drake was disappointed at the conclusion of the jury and went to jail crying. It is not known when the case will come trial again.
