The beet account we have ever read of any great natural disaster ia a diaoription of the great flood at Topeka. Kansas, of the last days of May and the first week of Jane. It ia a neatly printed book of nearly 100 pages, with nnmerous illustrations from photographs made on the spot and at the time. The aooonnt is written in each a dear forcible and graphic, and yet thrilling language that it givea the reader almost as clear and vivid an impression of that disaster as those bad who actually passed through it.
