Talk of the East and West Road Revived.

According to the following from the Rochester Sentinel onr onoe quite promising east Bnd west road, the Toledo aDd Chicago Tranefer, is still among tbe possibilities. The Sentinel says: “In a communication to Hon. V. Zimmerman, Saturday, Dr. Wescott, the secretary of the proposed Toledo and Chioago Transfer Railroad Co., says the undertaking is not dead and will be renewed at onoe. Tbe letter says tbe company lost all its of papers inolnding franchises, profiles, options, etc. r through 8 controversy with* parties who were interested in the undertaking ahd it cost them a lot of annoyanoo and 11,700 in money to get them back, but they havethem now and a party of oapital> ists will be here this week to look the ground over with a view of building the road. This company has a quarter of a million dollars in subsidies voted to it along the line and has options on most of the right-of-way But just as they had things in a tangible shape to attraot capital President Hamilton of the oompany died and thus plunged the promoters and company into disorganization and it was thought the undertaking had been abandoned.* 9
