A Suicide Near Remington.
Wm.jF. Fleming, a well known resident of Benton County, committed suicide last Friday afternoon, by shooting himself in the head. The act was committed at 2 o’clock and he died about He had recently shown indications of insanity, and was probably deranged when he committed the act. He was well-to-do financially, but seems to have worried a great deal along that line. Especially as he had recently bought 200 sores more land; and had mortgaged his home farm of 160 acres to seoure the payment. He also owned a half interest in a small factory in Remington, whioh makes a patent wrench, and which has not been paying as well as be expeoted. He was about 40 years old, and married. He lived about 5 miles from Remington.
