The Chase Cese Again

The Moses Fowler Chase case will again be brought before the publio next Wedneeday, when Frederick 8. Chase, father and guardian of the demented youth will push his elaim against Mrs. Duhme, who has been accused of unlawfully disposing of about a quarter of a million of dollars belonging to her nephew’s estate. It openly oharged by the Chase attorneys that Mrs. Duhme had the imbeoile execute a deed in trust whereby she came into possession of all the personal property of young Chase, and that sinoe she had him under her control, she has disposed of bis money and has not made a satisfactory accounting. The case, which will oome up Wednesday at Indianapolis, before Judge Anderson, is to determine whether the aunt of the boy shall make an aooounting to the young man’s father, who was appointed his guardian in Indiana, or to George Hoadly, who was appointed guardian of the boy at the instigation of Mrs. Duhmes, in Ohio.
