Farther details regarding the death of Miss Florenoe French, in the flood at Hepner, Oregon, only makes more sad that terrible sffiotion. It seems that Miss Florence was not the only victim ont of Mr. Frenoh’s family, but that he also lost his sister, Mrs. Ella Guerdane, and his nieoe, Miss Eunice Briggs in that same terrible flood that swept away his daughter. It was truly a sad occurrence.
