Milton M. Sill Dead.

Milton'M. Sill, one of the oldest attorneys in White county, died Monday at the home of his son in Montioello, The funeral will be held on Wednesday from the home. He was bo;n in Tippecanoe oounty on May 20, 1833, but lived nearly all his life in White oounty. He had been a school teaoher, an elitor, county surveyor, sheriff and provost marshal. He was admitted to the bar 1866, and for a time after 1881 was the partner of Truman F. Palmer, present cirouit judge. He had not practiced muoh of recent years, but was engaged in the compilation of a history of White oounty, left unfinished by reason Of his death.
