Sheriff’s Sale. By virtue of a certified copy of Decree and Execution to me directed from the Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court, in a cause wherein the Bank of Brookston is plantiff, and Henrv Snyder and Charlotte Snyder his wife, L. Davis Noble, Milton D. Noble as Guardian of said L. Davis Noble. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will on the 29th day of June, 1903, in pursuance of an order of the White Circuit Court, Indiana, made at its April Term, 1903, at the office of the Surveyor of White County, Indiana, let the work of constructing the public ditch petitioned for by William F. Horton, et al, in the Counties of White, Jasper and Pulaski, Indiana, by contract to the lowest and best bidder, by atationa. Persons whose lands are aaeessed as benefltted shall have preference over others for as many stations as will at the same rate equal the amount of their assessments. Such letting will be conducted In exact accordance with the act concerning drainage, approved April oth, 1885, and the amendments thereto. Any person who shall become entitled to contract for any part of said work shall at once enter into a written contract, with this commissioner to perform said Work at the time and in the manner required by me, and shall secure the performance of such contract by a bond with surety to my approval and in such sum as I shall fix, and shall also therein secure tne payment of all damagee resulting from a failure to perform such contract in strict accordance to its terms.
