Monticello Girl Suicides.

Miss May Scott, daughter of William Soott, of Montioello, committed suicide at St. Louis, Mo., last Saturday morning by drinking oarbolio aoid. Her remains were--brought home to Montioello, Tuesday morning by her father. Miss Soott has been to St. Lonis where she had undergone a surgical operation and after leaving the hospital committed snioide by the oarbolio aoid route. The deceased'was nnly 19 years old, but her short life- is said to have enoompassed more than the average amount of misfortune. The funeral was bald from the residence of -J<ibn-.;Zaek in the afternoon of the day of the arrival of the remains.
