By virtue of a certified copy of Decree and Execution to me directed from the Clerk ?f the Jasper Circuit Court, in a cause wherein the Bank of Brookston is plantiff, and Henry Snyder and Charlotte Snyder his wife, L. Davis Noble, Milton D. Noble as Guardian of said L. Davis Noble.
