Another Divorce Case.

1 1 Another divorce Butt was filed in the oironit court Saturday. The parties are Samuel Newman vs Ann E. Newman. They were married on July 30th, 1900, and lived together until about October 1901, when the defendant abandoned the, plaintiff declaring her in* to live apart from him that time. This she did not do but in a short time returned to him and they lived together until Sept. 1902, when she again left him. But later she again returned him and be took her in and z gave her a home until ahe left him again. Sinoe leaving him the last time he has been sick; that he needs money to pay his bills and that he oan not dispose of his real peltate because his wife will not blgn the deed. He asks divorce - and all other proper relief.
