Two More Good Houses.

Monroe Banes staked out another good residence Wednesday. This one is being built by J, T. Randle, on loti just north of his own residence and is to be completed by the first of August. It will be a full two story building with all modern improvements and cost about SI6CO. It will be occupied by Isaac Tuteur, and his bride, instead of the Kellner property, which we understand haa not yet been leased. As soon as this house is completed Mr. Randle will erect another good house on lots adjoining this one and next to B. F. Ferguson’s residence. This one will still be a little better in prioe, costing in the neighborhood of 92,000 with all late improvements. This building we understand will be for one of the prominent business men in town.
