Frank Bayer et al ) The undersigned, Drainage Commissioner to whom has been assigned the construction of the ditch and drain described in the report of the drainage commissioner in the above matter which report is with the Drainage Commission at Kniman, Indiana which is open for inspec tion to any and all bidders will receive sealed bids for the construction of said tile ditch and drain at Kniman, Indiana, at the home of said Drainage Commissioner. Bids will be opened at said home of said Commissioner at 11 o’clock a. m. June 6th, 1903. and contract awarded. Said contract will be let to the lowest and beet bidder, and when contract is awarded contractor shall give bond to be approved by the Commissioner for the faithful performance of his contractor, duties and obligations. Notice is hereby given, that on Friday, the Tenth Day of July 1903. at a special called session of the Board of Commissioners of Jasper County, State of Indiana, said Board will let to the lowest responsible bidder, by sealed bide, the construction of “The Hanging Grove Gravel Road” ordered by said Board of Commissioners constructed {n the Township of Hanging Grove, in said County, according to plans and specifications now on file in tne Auditor’s office, of said County, which road is of a total length of six and fiftynine one hundredths (6 69-100) miles.
