A Mix-Up In School trustee.

x The City Counoil got matters "Tnixed somewhat, at their meeting Monday night, in eleoting a member of the school board. It was the general supposition that G. K. Hollings woith’s time had expired, and when the time for Electing a trustee, it was so announced by the Mayor. The Oonnoil therefore proceeded to eleot a successor to Mr... Bollingsworth. Two votes were cast for hid! and three for 0. W. Coen, and the later was declared Elected. Today however, the disoovery was made that Mr. Hollingsworth still haß a year to serve, and that it is Delos Thompson’s time whioh has expired. The question has therefpre raised whether the eleotion Monday night was legal, since it was made under a mistake as to whose term had expired.
