Makeever House to Change Hands Again.
It is now certain that the Makeever House will again ohange landlords in the oourse of a few weeks at most. Landlord Slagle, who has been managing the hotel for the past two years hss now decided to give over his oontrol of that institution to other bands and assume control of a still more pretentous building in a much larger place. He has leased the Coulter Houee at Frankfort this state, a large and modern built house, which ooneists of 76 rooms with 15 baths and other modern appointments which are striotly up-to-date. His lease on that house begins any time between the let and 31st of July. Mr. and Mrs. Slagle have been among the most successful hotel managers Rensselaer has ever seen and it is with great regret that we find we must lose them.
