Dr. Kannal Doing Well.
Mrs. H. J. Kannal came down from Cbioago last night but returned this morning, to resume her place by her husband, at the Presbyterian hospital. He is now making decided improvemement right along, and is considered wholly out of danger. But only with the condition that he stays right in the hospital and has his hand dressed by the most soientifio methods, every day. He has been at the hospital eight weeks now, and during considerable of that time it seemed certain he would lose the affeoted hand, the right one, if not the whole arm. And for a few days it was not his hand that hung in the balance but his life. And had he not been a man of unusual ruggedness of constitution it probably would have been impossible for him to have lived through it.
