Some Weather Observations.

Sunday was a new deal in the weather line, there being no rain here at all that day, it being the first dry day this month, so far. It was also the first day with, sunshine enough to be recorded as “clesr.” More than that we find by looking baok into the May reoord, it was the first day recorded as olear since the 19th of May. In other words we had 18 days in suooession that were recorded as cloudy or partly cloudy. Though it has rained livery day this month up to Sunday, the total rainfall here has not been so very large, only 1,85 inches. Of the past 18 days, however, 16 have been more or less rainy; and the total rainfall during those 18 days was inohes. Spread out as it was, a little prao tioally every day, it was enough to make a very wet spdll of weather.
