A Flag Day Movement.

The movement has been started by the G. A. R. to inangnrate the observance of ‘’the birthday of the flag,” and in aooordance with this Commander Grubbs urges that on on Monday, June 15, every comrade of the Grand Army shall drape bis borne and place of business with flags and that the various posts make a of sohool authorities to arrange for appropriate services for the day. The oorreot date of the birth of Old GlQry is June 14, but as that falls on Sunday it has been decided to observe the following day.
