Frank Rayer et al ) The undersigned, Drainage Commissioner to whom has been assigned the construction of the ditch and drain described in the report of the drainage commissioner in the above matter which report i» with the Drainage Commission at Kniman, Indiana which is open for inspec tion to any and all bidders will receive sealed bids for the construction of said tile ditch and drain at Kniman, Indiana, at the home of said Drainage Commissioner. Bids will he opened at said home of said Commissioner at It o’clock a. m. June 6th, 1903. and contract awarded. Said contract will be let to the lowest and best bidder, and when contract is awarded contractor shall give bond to be approved by the Commissioner for the faithful performance of his contractor, duties and obligations.
