Death of Mrs. Nancy Norris.

Mrs. Nancy Norris, widow of the late Wm. Norrie, died late Tuesday night, May sth, 1903, at her home on Clark street. She had been somewhat ailing for about a week with grip, but was up and about Tuesday, as usual. Some hours after going to bed she was found to be very seriously siok, and though a dootor was sent fojr she died at 20 minutes before 11 o’olook, p. m. before the dootor arrived. He was unable to determine the cause of her death, without an autopsy. Mrs. Norris’s maiden name was Nancy Warren and she was born in Pickaway, Co.. 0., Dec 14,1830, and her age at death was 72 years 4 months and 21 days. She leaves one son, Marsh Warren, of Barkley Tp. a step daughter Ella Norris, two sisters, Mrs. Philip MoElfresh of Rensselaer and Mrs. Ellen Oram, of Logansport. Also five brothers, William and James Warren, of Rensselaer, Harrison A Pern, Ind., and Thomas and David of Nebraska. She bad been a resident of Jasper county for 50 years.
