Strike heads to Murder.

Trouble among cotton operatives hi the Lnnett cotton mills at Lanett, on the Alabama side of the river from West Poiut, G-a., resulted In the killing of one roan and the fatal wounding of another. Litciou* Ogletree shot and killed John Potter, fatally wounded Daniel Senchry and escaped. The operatives were ou a •trike.

A Louisville and Nashville train was held .ten minutes at Lexington, Ivy., while Louis Lunsford, a passenger, who got into a fight on the train, was arrested. taken to n station house, tried, lined, paid the fine and was allowed to'leave for home.
